I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Economics (English Program).

I began my professional career at Doğuş Otomotiv, where I held management positions across planning and logistics, marketing, and retail operations within Volkswagen Group brands. I later joined Tofaş, serving as Alfa Romeo Marketing Manager, Alfa Romeo & Lancia Brand Director, Corporate Communications Director, and, for 16 years, as a C-level executive and member of the Executive Committee.

Alongside leading corporate communications, I was responsible for the launch and media communications of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Ferrari, and Maserati brands in Türkiye. During this period, I also completed the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute of Real Growth, joining a global network of senior marketing leaders.

Throughout my career, I have led strategic planning, business strategy, marketing, retail management, and corporate communications for global automotive brands. I have been involved in numerous initiatives spanning business and marketing strategy, brand and product launches, employee and corporate communications, crisis communications, reputation management, social impact projects, and stakeholder engagement. This cross-functional experience has shaped the strategic and integrated perspective I bring to my consulting work today.

My passion for automobiles inspired me to begin my career in the automotive industry. Working with iconic brands and high-performing teams, contributing to periods of transformation and growth, and seeing strategy translated into business results have been among the most rewarding parts of my professional journey.

As my career progressed, I developed a deeper interest in leadership and human development. I completed coaching and NLP programs and graduated from the Erickson International Coaching School. My studies in self-awareness, human behavior, and leadership broadened my perspective as an executive and led me to begin mentoring and coaching younger colleagues within the organization.

Following a 30-year corporate career, I founded my own consulting practice in early 2025.

Today, I work with organizations on business strategy, branding, brand management, and corporate communications, helping them build sustainable growth.

Alongside this, I partner with leaders at different stages of their careers through leadership development, coaching, and mentoring. My leadership development work focuses on deepening self-awareness, strengthening decision-making, and helping leaders expand their influence with greater clarity and intention. I see leadership development as a strategic capability that strengthens both individual performance and organizational transformation.

As an extension of this approach, I developed the Women's Leadership Development Program, a tailored application of my Leadership Development approach that brings together my executive experience, leadership expertise, and perspective as a woman leader to support women in advancing their leadership journeys.
